How It Works

New paid subscriptions (Plus, Premium) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first payment. If the service isn’t right for you, get a full refund — no explanation required.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund at any time, in whichever way is more convenient:

• Email hello@404vpn.io — include the email address of the account the payment was made from.
• Submit a request directly in your account dashboard, under "Settings".

Timeline

We process refund requests within a few business days. Funds are returned using the same method as the original payment — the time it takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider.

What Happens to Your Access

Once the refund is processed, paid access is disabled and the account switches to the free plan — your data and settings are preserved.
